What this checks, and what it doesn't
It checks whether each cited source can be read, and whether the numbers and quoted words in the claim are in it.
It doesn't judge whether advice is right for you, whether the source itself is correct, or sentences that cite no source.
“Couldn't check” means exactly that. It is never counted as fine.
